Standard check-in is from 3pm and checkout is by 11am, Dubai time. Any different time must be agreed in advance and depends on availability. Existing confirmed checkout arrangements are honoured.
The Business Bay Studio accommodates a maximum of four guests, with one king-size bed and two floor mattresses. There is no sofa bed.
A private balcony, equipped kitchen, washing machine, central air conditioning, 1Gb Wi-Fi and a 55-inch TV. Your stay also includes one designated parking space and shared access to the building’s pool, gym and sauna.
Choose your dates and guest count, review the full total and pay securely with Stripe. Your website booking is confirmed after successful payment. We then check and update the Airbnb calendar. If an Airbnb reservation conflicts, or the check cannot be completed in time, we cancel your website booking and initiate a full refund within 10 minutes. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
Confirmed direct bookings are non-refundable if you cancel. Please check your dates and guest details before paying. If a conflicting Airbnb reservation is found after payment, or the calendar check cannot be completed in time, CyberSuites will cancel the website booking and initiate a full refund within 10 minutes. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund. If CyberSuites otherwise cancels your booking, the payment collected for that booking will be refunded.
The studio is in an active Business Bay neighbourhood. Nearby construction may occasionally be visible or audible. Travel times vary with traffic.
The actual occupants’ passport or Emirates ID details are required for building registration. Your host will coordinate a private handoff. Please do not include identity documents or card details in the booking request form.
